ABOUT LYNN

Lynn Witmer is known for her timeless style and unwavering commitment to “everyday elegance.” Raised in Southern California, Lynn began her career in Los Angeles at Barbara Barry Inc. where she oversaw the successful launch of the Barbara Barry Home Collection. During her twenty-plus years as a residential interior designer, Lynn has skillfully blended traditional elegance with refined simplicity. 

In 2000, Lynn established Witmer Design, a full-service design studio focused on a wide variety of private residential and smaller commercial spaces. Lynn is involved in all phases of the design process—from ground-up builds and large-scale remodels, to more intimate design consultations, custom furniture creation, finish selection, and accessory curation. Lynn and her team collaborate closely with architects, contractors, tradespeople and clients from concept development through final installation. Her spaces are comfortable, livable and memorable.

Lynn holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from The University of San Diego and is a graduate of the prestigious UCLA Interior and Environmental Design Program. She currently resides in Bloomfield Hills, Michigan with her husband and two daughters.
